These terms cover use of our website and consumer purchases. Our returns and refunds policy and delivery information also apply to purchases. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Products and information

Please read each product description, pack size, material information and any warnings before ordering. Images illustrate the product; screen settings can affect colour appearance. Any variation does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Website content is general product information, not a diagnosis or personalised dental or medical advice. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. If you have symptoms or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, ask an appropriate dental or healthcare professional.

Placing an order

Review your items, quantities, delivery details and total price before submitting a paid order. An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; we accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you promptly and refund any payment for it. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed price without your agreement.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. If an obvious pricing or description error affects your order, we will explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed on the corrected basis or receive a refund; we will not charge an additional amount without agreement.

Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes shown as part of the price. The order total and available delivery charges are displayed before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Delivery availability and estimates are provided before purchase. Products may be dispatched directly by our fulfilment partners, including from outside the UK where stated. Smile Essentials remains your seller and your point of contact for order problems. A delivery estimate does not remove your statutory rights if goods are late, lost or not supplied.

Cancellations and problems

See our returns and refunds policy for cancellation instructions, the model cancellation form, hygiene exceptions and help with faulty goods. Please contact us if you have a complaint so we can investigate and work towards a fair resolution.

Using the website

Do not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. Website text, branding and images may be protected by intellectual property rights.
